I didn’t set out to start a business. I set out to share something that felt like home. One loaf, one cookie, one “you HAVE to try this” moment at a time, people kept coming back… and then bringing friends… and then asking, “So, when are you opening your own thing?”

Eventually, I stopped laughing it off and realized they were right.

So I rolled up my sleeves, trusted the nudge, and built something of my own.
